Policy and Procedures Templates
Created by the Integrated Pest Management Working Group these documents are meant to assist institutions in formulating and writing an IPM policy document and the specific procedures needed for implementation.  The documents contain suggested headers and topics to cover.  For examples of these types of documents see the Reference Policy and Procedures Documents on the Resources page.

Standards & Best Practices Grid
This document is a matrix mechanism developed by the Integrated Pest Management Working Group’s Standards & Best Practices committee to help people developing IPM plans to target
information to the “super-groups” involved in the funding and execution of these plans. On the vertical axis, the grid identifies the categories of people within an institution who have to be influenced in order for a plan to be successfully implemented. Along the horizontal axis are examples of the responsibilities of each of these groups, and the sort of arguments and incentives that can be deployed in each case to ensure their cooperation."

Treatment Fact Sheets
Summary sheets on various pest treatments created by the Integrated Pest Management Working Group to assist institutions in deciding which remedial treatments may be appropriate for their collections. 

IPM-WG Suggested Field List for IPM Databases
An annotated list of database fields intended as a reference for individuals creating new pest observation databases with the goal of identifying those fields that are most important for tracking pest observation data.
